The DESSA 450 alloy beam series offers compatibility for use with traditional scaffold structures and temporary roofs. They combine high strength with a low weight and cost.

The L45 beams are available in 450mm depth and in lengths of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8m. The S45 beams are available in 450mm depth and in 2m length increments from 4.1m to 8.1m.

The top and bottom chords of the beams are manufactured in traditional scaffold tube size, allowing easy connection of traditional scaffold couplers. Vertical posts are provided at each end of the beam and at intermediate locations.

These unit beams offer an economical solution for the creation of beam spans, crash decks and medium sized temporary roof structures. Joined using spigots and quick release pins.

• L45 beams are available in one depth 0.45m are manufactured in 1m length increments from 2m-6m and 8m, S45 beams are available in one depth 0.45m and manufactured in 4.1m, 6.1m and 8.1m
• Horizontal members of these beams are manufactured in traditional scaffold tube size, allowing easy connection of traditional scaffold couplers
• Vertical posts are provided at each end of the beam, also beam sizes of 4m and above include additional intermediate vertical posts
• Beams are joined end to end using a simple steel spigot connector and fast action spring pins
